Refund Policy

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE BOOKS

We take particular care in the production, handling and shipment of our books.

If your book arrives damaged or has a production defect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@ssssseditions.com.

To allow us to assess the issue, please provide:
– your order number;
– a brief description of the damage or defect;
– clear photographs showing the damage or defect; and
– photographs of the packaging if the book appears to have been damaged during shipping.

We require photographic evidence before we can process a claim for a damaged or defective book.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will determine the appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances and availability, this may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not return a damaged or defective book before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Minor variations resulting from printing, binding, paper, colour reproduction or other production processes that are inherent to the nature of the book are not necessarily considered defects.

Damage limited to the external shipping packaging is not considered damage to the book if the book itself arrives in good condition.

 

INCORRECT BOOKS

If you receive a book different from the one you ordered, please contact us at info@ssssseditions.com with your order number and a photograph of the book received.

We will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund and, where necessary, provide instructions for returning the incorrect book.

 

RETURNS

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We therefore recommend checking the title, edition, dimensions, description and other product information carefully before placing your order.

This does not affect your rights if a book arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ssssseditions.com.

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests, but once an order has entered preparation or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

 

REFUNDS

Where a refund has been approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow sufficient time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund after it has been issued.

Any rights you may have under mandatory applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected.
